Looking to rent out church facilities for events, baby showers, children birthday parties, small group meetings, seminars,
conferences.. Dining Hall seats approximately 50 people. We also have a full kitchen on premises.6 hours minimum usage.

Fees and Deposits
member use for non-church-related functions $ 50.00
Non-profit Clubs or Organizations $ 300.00
Non member of church $250.00
These fees are for the dining hall ( not including use of the
kitchen) Additional Charge for kitchen will be 100.00 fee
Each additional hour over 25.00
Deposits 50.00 refundable
A cleaning fee of $100 will be required
rental deposits will be returned if at end of event .
Heating and Air Conditioning
There will be no charge made for heat or air conditioning use in the dining/kitchen
area.
Building Maintenance
(Clean-up, lights/heat/air conditioning, use of kitchen, etc.)

Non-member groups or individuals may not
use kitchen items without prior
approval. If approved, all items must be cleaned and replaced in proper cabinets.
